About Massage

Many people still consider massage therapy to just be pampering, but it has important health benefits. It is mostly effective when you make it a part of your regular scheduled wellness program/routine.

Massage therapy is recognized as one of the oldest forms of healing.

Massage therapy is manual manipulation of soft body tissues; such as muscles, connective tissue, ligaments and tendons to enhance a person's health and overall well-being.

About Me

I have been practicing massage therapy since 2006 and love it. I became interested in this profession in high school because I liked the idea of helping people, whether it was to relax them or relieve them of pain. I would like to give credit to my mentor and friend, Betty McKisson of Wellness Health Options, who has taught me a great deal in this field and who gave me the great opportunity to work beside her in her business. There is always something new to learn and investigate in this career and it is a wonderful experience to meet new people!
